Tarte Cosmetics Cheek Stain
Tarte Cosmetics is a brand that began in beauty addict Maureen Kelly’s bedroom back in 1999, and has evolved into a fun, glamorous, must-have line that uses healthy formulations–meaning no parabens, phtalates, sulfates, petro-chemicals, or synthetic fragrances.  (See–you can be beauty and brains!)  Tarte is also committed to the environment by utilizing recyclable or post-consumer recycled material to help eliminate unnecessary packaging waste.

I’m always eager to see what Tarte releases next, because I love that they’re environmentally-friendly and work towards giving beauty junkies products with good, efficacious ingredients in them. They’re a brand that can tout and earn a seal of fabulous natural beauty because they strive to deliver it. Their philosophy is true to the heart of the brand, and I appreciate that dedication.

Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Tarte is a fun, with cute packaging, consistency, and always something new up their sleeve!

If you’ve never had the pleasure of trying out Tarte’s products, let me recommend to you some of my favorites.

Lock & Roll Creaseless Cream & Powder Shadow Duo: Get an easy crease-proof, budge-proof, and smudge-proof look by using these shadow duos as a base underneath your eyeshadow or alone for a quick look. I love Rose Gold for brightened-up eyes–just one swipe and I’m out the door–while Sandstone makes an excellent base for your eyeshadows.

Lights, Camera, Lashes! Mascara: This mascara is designed to curl, volumize, condition, and lengthen. It works really well to add natural but noticeable length and volume to lashes while defining each individual lash to give you fuller, more lush lashes.

Cheek Stain: Available in nine delectable shades, Tarte’s cheek stains are absolutely not to be missed. Shades like Blushing Bride and Sunkissed are great universal shades, while Eco-Cheek is divine for warmer-toned beauties and Doll Face is perfect for cooler tones. These stains are easy to use, apply and look natural, while delivering a soft, luminous color.

Eyeshadow: Soft, velvety smooth colors with rich color pigmentation makes Tarte’s eyeshadows always a pleasure to use. Whether you find yourself drawn to their pre-packaged eyeshadow palettes or by them singularly, they’re top notch. I particularly have to recommend their palettes, because they’re a great value product for the beauty maven on a budget.

Tarte Cosmetics goes on sale on The Fairest on September 9.

I haven’t try any of their products, but I say that after reading this blog, makes want to buy one, especially their cheek stain, perfect for my pale skin. I want it to look natural as it have been mentioned above. I wonder how much this product cost though?
