First Class Beauty: The Ultimate Beauty Carry-On

I have to start by admitting I hate to fly.
I love travel just as much as I love beauty–and it’s important to perfect your beauty carry-on. The beauty carry-on is dependent about the mode of travel and the destination. If I’m traveling to a winter destination my beauty essentials are for hydration. If I’m going to the beach it is products that protect and brighten.
The essentials are always the following no matter the destination.
- Sample size eye cream
- Sample size moisturizer
- Refreshing non-alcoholic spray toner for face
- Travel toothbrush and toothpaste
- Airborne tablets
- Lip balm
- Hand cream
- Eye drops
- Hand sanitizer spray and wipes
First, I don’t believe you should wear makeup on a plane. The air is so drying and your face needs all the moisture it can get on a plane. I believe in carrying a few makeup essentials on the plane so after you step off the plane you look refreshed.
The facial spray that I always turn to for travel is the Caudalie Beauty Elixir. The elixir is more of a facial aromatherapy spray which helps my little area on the plane smell a lot better. I do a few sprays before the plane takes off then apply eye cream and face cream. Depending on the length of the flight I might do this at least 6 times. I try to do it every hour or so.
Once it’s time to land I apply lip gloss, a dab of cream blush, and mascara. This is all you need to land beautifully.
