Hello, beauties!
We’re in an American Idol state of mind, although we must confess that we find this year’s contestants a bit lackluster. Where’s our Kelly? No Carrie? Wherefore art thou Glambert?! After Alex Lambert was eliminated, we were a tiny bit crushed…but now we’re throwing our hopes behind Crystal Bowersox, who has that unique, 
awesome voice, plus is looking prettier and prettier every week. What say you?
Speaking of American Idol and prettiness, it seems the name on everybody’s lips is makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy (pronounced MISH-gone—you’re welcome), who is, of course, engaged to marry annoying/sexy he-devil Simon Cowell. We had a pleasure of working with Mezhgan on a photo shoot for Total Beauty last year, and not only is she supremely talented, super nice and ridiculously beautiful (some people are just blessed!), she’s also the creator of her own makeup line called Me by Mezhgan. Rooting for Aaron Kelly makes me feel like a teeny bopper, but hey, he’s got a great voice. He hasn’t reached his full potential yet, I think. This means he can only get better, and is CAPABLE of being even better than he is. I think he’ll stay for quite some time.
Something about Crystal Bowersox’s singing just makes me week. She has something I consider very organic and genuine. I love it! I can see her in the top 3, but whether she’ll take home the gold, I’m not too sure about that.
As much as I want to continue rooting for Andrew Garcia, it’s just hard to see him winning the whole thing. He has a great voice, so don’t get me wrong. I’m smitten over that type of lulluby-soothing voice that can even sweep me off my feet, but it’s just not something that makes me go “WOW!!!… he’s one of a kind!”
Casey James? Yes, he’s pretty good looking, that’s for sure. Voice? ehh… not bad. Other than that, nothing.

Going on what I’ve seen, heard & know, I’d have to say that Siobhan or Andrew are my 2 picks for winner.
I’m so excited about this B.E. giveaway! As a stay stay home mom of 2 toddlers, I have little to no time to “pretty” myself up before going out. B.E. is quick & easy to apply.
